Look I have tried so many litters even the trendy ones that change colors and just settled for regular clumping litter with lots of scent to cover up the smells and my cat is not one of those perfect little cats that are all clean and hygienic that girl goes to town in her litter box I mean kicking it everywhere so much tracking!! I feel like sometimes she would just go into her box just to go in it and very very VERY stinky I’ve even switched to aluminum litter box to not trap so much smell. Also I’m honest I have always been bad at cleaning it out and would wait like a week before the next cleaning so I would force myself to clean it everyday so it wouldn’t stink and when I’m telling you I was actually so surprised using this litter for the first time like wow genuinely. I waited a week to clean it and first thing that I noticed and this is the biggest NO ODOR AT ALL (I got the charcoal one) like obviously when I got down to clean it I did smell it but just walking by nothing and I live in a small apartment with one main hallway (also the only place the box can go)and I have to walk by it everyday. I have had many cats in my lifetime and have dealt with stinky cat litter issues. Even when I bought one that clumps, it still smells until I flushed it. Really Great Cat Litter has been a blessing. I clumps like magic and flushes easily. The only stink is when my kitty does number two. Even though she tries to bury it really good, it still smells bad. I have to flush it right away and light an odor control candle because the smell stays in the air. Even with that, I love this litter. They can't help it that my cat has such stinky poo! LOL. I am a happy customer and will continue to buy it on a regular basis.

How long does one bag last?
Generally, one bag will last for one month with one cat. Keep in mind other factors may influence your usage such as the size of your litter box, how deep you fill it, and how often your cat(s) use it.
What are the ingredients?
In true tuft + paw fashion, we put your cat first. Our formula is simple with five safe ingredients: Soybean Fiber, Corn Starch, Corn Flour, Guar Gum, Charcoal.
If it clumps, then how is it also flushable?
A small amount of liquid will cause it to harden slightly, but submerged in water it completely breaks down
Is it septic safe?
We have lots of septic customers, it works fine so long as you flush in small amounts at a time, it completely breaks down in water.
My plumber said never to flush anything
It disintegrates completely in water so it's fine unlike other "flushable" products that are just marketed like that.
I thought that you weren’t supposed to flush cat waste because of Toxoplasmosis?

Does this work with self-cleaning litter boxes?
Unfortunately the pellets don't work with most auto litter boxes

Does Really Great Cat Litter expire?
When unopened, Really Great Litter lasts 24 months from its production date, as indicated on the bag. Once opened, the bag should be used as soon as possible to benefit from peak performance. Store sealed in a dry, cool, and ventilated space.
