Job Title: Social Media Coordinator
Are you a social media maven with a love for cats and an eye for great content? tuft + paw is seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help us create compelling content that captures the attention of cat parents everywhere. You'll work closely with our Brand Marketing Director to create, manage, and execute social media content across various channels, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Director on the overall social media strategy
- Conceptualize creative content ideas in-line with our brand identity and marketing goals
- Schedule, publish, and optimize posts on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on channel metrics
- Monitor comments and liaise with our Community Manager to foster a positive community
- Work with our Video Editor to produce engaging video content
- Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for content creation
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
- Create graphic design assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Assist with other marketing graphic design tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media coordination or management
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Deep knowledge of social media best practices and platform-specific requirements
- Video-first marketing mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Comfortable with basic graphic design and image editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Ecommerce Manager with a strong background in Shopify and its app ecosystem to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a development background and an extreme technical understanding of ecommerce best practices. You will be responsible for driving conversion rate improvement, managing website developments, overseeing retention metrics, resolving website issues, and leading a team of developers. Your primary goal will be to optimize our online store's performance, conversion rate, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers
- Develop a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and app ecosystem, staying current with updates and new features
- Implement and manage website improvements to increase conversion rates and overall performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and customer inconvenience
- Manage and coordinate with developers, both internal and external, to ensure timely completion of projects and effective implementation of new features

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-10 years of experience managing an ecommerce store, preferably with a focus on the Shopify platform
- Strong technical understanding of ecommerce, web development, and website optimization
- Demonstrable experience with the Shopify app ecosystem
- Development background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid is a strong bonus
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools

Responsibilities:
- Cold call pet retail stores to establish new partnerships and promote our brand and products
- Identify and target potential new clients and business opportunities
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels
- Nurture and develop relationships with current and potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your network and knowledge
- Continuously improve sales skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
