Shipping & Returns
We take delivery as seriously as we take design. We’ve organized our shipping to be transparent and flexible. Below, we’ve outlined our shipping options, and what to expect once you have placed your order.
$20 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $195 and FREE shipping for orders $195 or greater. Shipping takes 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. FREE shipping on all Really Great Cat Litter subscriptions.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We accept returns within 120 days of purchase if the product is in brand new condition (unused and in its original packaging). We can't accept returns of even lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included.
If you're having trouble getting your cat to use your new product, please reach out to our care team at email@example.com. Our cat behaviorist has some great techniques to help onboarding.
Really Great Cat Litter Returns
We offer a money-back guarantee on your first cat litter order (up to 3 bags) within 30 days of purchase. On subsequent orders, or orders greater than 3 bags, unopened cat litter must be sent back to be eligible for a refund within 30 days.

We ship to the below list of countries. Items ship using DDP (duty prepaid) so there are no surprises on delivery - all fees are paid up front at checkout. Items ship from USA, so larger items can be especially expensive to ship. We only charge the exact rate we get charged by the shipping carriers, and we're always trying to negotiate those rates down for our customers.

Due to the nature of high shipping costs for shipping bulky items abroad, we cannot issue returns for international customers unless there is a product defect, in which case we will send a replacement. Please contact our care team email@example.com before returning any items so we can advise on correct return locations.
