US Shipping

$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $49 and FREE shipping for orders $50 or greater. Shipping takes 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

We also have express options that are calculated based on the weight of your order.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. Certain items (Sprout, Haven, Really Great Cat Litter, Really Great Cat Food) cannot be shipped outside of contiguous USA (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

Canadian Shipping

$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $99 and free shipping for orders over $100.  Not all products are available in Canada. 

US and Canadian Returns

We accept furniture returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is in brand new condition (unused and in its original packaging). We can't accept returns of even lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included.

Incorrect Address Issues

We cannot facilitate any returns or rerouting of packages - orders with an incorrect address may be considered lost.
