I thought this had to do with shipping. But it is a customer satisfaction add in. And I’m so grateful! Unfortunately my two guys didn’t like this food. Tuft & Paw refunded me same day. Wonderful. I’m taking the other boxes to a shelter. Keeping my litter subscription because everybody here loves that.

I cancelled the renewal for every 4 weeks and you guys charged me TWICE. Never buying here ever again. Didn’t even let me cancel my order.
