    That’s entirely up to you! We include them as an option for our customers, but Frond can be used with or without them on hard surfaces. However, we do not advise using the feet on Frond if it will be placed on a carpeted area.

    poor quality

    I got this cat tree last August. After 3-4 months of use, one of the straws broke off and it’s shedding a lot. This is not the quality I expected for this price.

    I contacted Customer support. They offered to give me a replacement even though my purchase was past warranty—so an extra star for the support team. I turned it down. I don’t think mine is an individual defect. The single-branch design would generally require higher string/winding quality especially for the bottom post.

    It's OK at best.

    Neither of my cats are comfortable using this. The platforms are too small for them to feel comfortable on, and the overall unit is flimsy. It shakes whenever I can lure them onto it with treats. I am very unhappy about having spent so much money on something that I am giving away and must replace.

    Super aesthetic and blends in with my house. The base isn’t super secure and my cat can wobble the entire structure when she climbs up it (she’s only 7lbs). Wish the base was sturdier to be able to combat this.
