  • Is the 41” Grove stable? Or should I get the 24” if I have a larger cat?

    All of our products are designed with your cat’s safety as the utmost priority, and Grove is no exception. At either height, Grove will serve as a stable perch from which your cat can safely watch over their kingdom.

  • How do I clean the Grove?

    To clean wooden surfaces, use a soft damp cloth. For cleaning the cushions, lint roll them or spot-clean them gently with a mild cleanser on a damp cloth. Avoid rubbing the cushions as it may cause fiber loss or fade the material.

  • How do I make sure my cat will use the bed?

    Cats may need time to adjust to new products in the home, especially if they are unfamiliar. Here are a few tips that may help:

    1. Put an old t-shirt or something with your scent inside the bed to make it more familiar to your cat.
    2. Use cat nip and a wand toy to lure your cat near the bed during playtime.
    3. Don't force your cat to lay in it or place them in it. Let them explore it on their own terms.
    4. Give your cat plenty of verbal praise and treats when they go near the bed to encourage them to use it.
    5. If your cat is still hesitant, try moving the bed to a different location in your home, ensuring it's easily accessible.
    6. Remove all other beds and blankets from the area and see if your cat takes to the bed more.
    7. Remember, there is a 30-day guarantee, so feel free to return it if it's not working for you and your cat.
  • Can humans sit on this?

    Please don't! The Grove is not intended for humans and sitting on it is not recommended, even for a short time.

  • Does the Floof Cushion fit inside the base of Grove?

    Yes, it will fit very snugly for an extra-cozy napping experience. However, Grove does already come with two custom-fit cushions.

    Poor quality and costumer service

    I was so much looking forward to getting the grove cat tower for my cat. I live in Canada and understanding tuft+paw does not ship to Canada anymore, I ordered this and had it delivered to a friend's house in the US that I was traveling to. Extremely disappointed to open the package and see that the cat tower is damaged. One of the slats came broken right out of the box, and the two halves of the tower don't align either. I contacted costumer service right away as I would be traveling back in a few days, but have still not heard back from them. Ended up leaving the US to Canada empty handed, with my friends having to deal with the return IF tuft and paw ever gets back to me. Such a disappointing experience with this price tag!

    Nice tower. Horrible customer service

    I thought it was odd my tall Grove came completely assembled, even though the assembly instructions and tool were included. It made me wonder if it was perhaps a used return. The tower itself was wrapped in foam but the two perches had no plastic. It also wobbles a bit. There's a phone number on the directions - I called it and emailed four days ago. No reply yet. It's frustrating as the product is beautiful. But I won't order from Tuft & Paw again if there is no way to reach anyone for a question or a return. I will revise this review if I ever hear back.

    Disappointed in tuft+paw

    I didn't even get the grove cat tower completely unboxed and saw damage to the tower. I immediately took pictures and sent a request asking for a refund and a shipping lable. It's been two weeks and I still have the box sitting in my office ready to be shipped back.

    Grove Cat Tower

    My cats love cat trees but they do not like this cat tower at all. Several days after I set it up, I asked to return it well within the 30 day refund period. I was told it was used (since I had set it up) and was not returnable. After more than a month now, my cats still avoid it and I will have to donate it.
