We take delivery as seriously as we take design. We’ve organized our shipping to be transparent and flexible. Below, we’ve outlined our shipping options, and what to expect once you have placed your order. We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada only at this time.
US Shipping
$20 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $99 and FREE shipping for orders $99 or greater. Shipping takes 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. FREE shipping on all Really Great Cat Litter and Really Great Cat Food subscriptions.
We also have express options that are calculated based on the weight of your order.
We cannot ship to PO boxes. Certain items (Sprout, Haven, Really Great Cat Litter, Really Great Cat Food) cannot be shipped outside of contiguous USA (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
Canadian Shipping
$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $149.99 and free shipping for orders over $150. We ship to all 10 provinces at this time. Not all products are available in Canada.
We offer free shipping on all Really Great Cat Food subscriptions as well as on the 3-pack and 5-pack options of Really Great Cat Litter
US and Canadian Returns
We accept furniture returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is in brand new condition (unused and in its original packaging). We can't accept returns of even lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included.
