Had labs on Thursday k10 or 11in house not sure. All 3 levels were right on the line. I didn't ask alot they told me to feed k/d but she is barely pering once a day. Is she in pain? How long does this go on ? Before they HV to go? (Down)

Hi there, this is Dr Linda, a UK based vet with 10 years of clinical experience.
It is difficult to answer your question without having more information and knowing e.g. why these tests were run, how your cat is currently doing and what concentration (specific gravity) their urine is.
Kidney enzymes can be elevated due to kidney disease, an infection, dehydration etc.
If your cat has prescribed K/D it sounds like they suspect early renal disease. How quickly this can progress depends on the individual. For some cats it will be months until they reach end stage kidney disease, for others it can take many years.
Really, we need 2 readings with some time in between them. A single reading is not very useful for predicting the speed of progression. So, at your cat's next check up, we should have a lot more information.
As well as the k/d, ensure she is drinking plenty.
