So far cats love it! Looking very elegant. The only concern for how long the scratching material will stay in reasonably good shape because it is not replaceable and our cats scratch a lot. So far it is standing up to their sharp nails!

Customer Service is great. Jackson helped me a lot to advise on this beautiful furniture. Now I have it and it's so chic and so beautiful putting it in the living room in our small apartment. It really goes well with my furnitures. It' also perfect to place it near the window for my kitten. I would love to get another one to place once I move into bigger apartment !!!

It's a great product, very well made and goes well with my contemporary furniture. It took a little while for my two cats to warm up to it though. But I don't think it has anything to do with the tower. It's just that both cats are a new addition to the family and were being a little shy at first.

My cat loves birdwatching and looking out the windows on all levels of my home, but I could not find a cat tree that I could stand to look at every day, until I found Tuft & Paw. Yes, they're expensive, but so is home furniture, and I considered this the same type of investment in my decor. I purchased the tall version for a first-story window and the short version for a second-story window, with a Lana cushion to go on the top level of each. My cat has adored them from day 1 - she took to them immediately. She birdwatches or naps on the top level, and uses the bottom interior as a cat cave/hideout. The only small flaw was that the taller tower arrived with a small ding in the top edge from shipping; however, the size of the box made it almost impossible to consider returning/exchanging, so I kept it. I turned that side to the wall and the cat doesn't seem to mind at all :). They're beautiful to look at, and have made me and my cat very happy!
