Litter suitable for rabbits?

  Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I was wondering whether your litter can be used for rabbits? I'm hesitant to use it because I'm worried they might try to eat it, and if so I'm not sure whether it would be okay for their digestive tracts. I've tried looking online for guidance but haven't managed to find anything definitive. Thank you in advance!!

  Hi there,

   

   I generally advise we use paper pellets as most rabbits accept them and they pose little risks.

  I use a litter called Yesterday's News in my clinic.

  We would not want to use saw dust (it can irritate the eyes and airways) or clumping litter (which can cause obstructions if eaten).
